The Booking Process

Step 1: Start by filling out the form​
*if you are interested in booking multiple days please input your 2 most desired start dates and include any additional days in the message section.
In the design description please try to keep it as brief as possible and we will expand on further details throughout the communication process! Our goal is to create the most personalized custom design for you.
ex: I would like a black and grey tattoo of a [subject] and would also like to incorporate [subject] in the background. The overall style I'm aiming for is realism. There are some other specific details within the design I would like to add.
**if you are traveling please include any itinerary time constraints so we can plan accordingly!
Please upload 2-4 photos that resemble the tattoo of your dreams. It can be other tattoos, inspiration from other art, or even a drawing/sketch you made. Anything that visually captures the overall esthetic you are looking for.

Step 2: We will be in contact with you! This is where we will start our online consultation. Very excited to hear your ideas, but even more excited to work with you to make them come to life!
Larger scale projects and ideas may require a more extensive consultation process. But it does allow us more time to include more creative design additions.
Step 3: Once we have the design description, dates, and idea all set up; we will be sending you a non-refundable deposit request in order to reserve your appointment!
***for any unforeseen or extenuating circumstances resulting in a possible cancellation or reschedule; please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid forfeiture of your deposit
Step 4: BEFORE CARE. There is no need to come pre-shaved. Please do not use numbing cream without first informing us.
if you feel the need to use numbing cream we can follow the instructions of use in shop. I like to give the discretion that most topical numbing creams do effect the elasticity of your skin and may possibly result in
an incomplete tattoo for the day.
I do always request that you try drinking as much water you can in the week(s) prior to your appointment. Keep your skin as moisturized as possible and also avoid as much sunlight as you can! Your skin is in your hands, we want this sacred canvas to be as prepped as possible.
